Step-1To prepare caramel add 50gms sugar in non sticky pan and bit of water to it. Keep it on gas for 2min only to avoid dark brown caramel. Then immediately place it in small thick glass bowl. Spread it evenly throughout the bowl. So our caramel base is ready.
In another bowl break one egg and stir it well. Add half teaspoon of vanilla essence to it.
Next take medium hot milk ( too hot milk to be avoided) and 10gms of sugar to it.
Then add egg and essence mixture to milk and stir it well. Add pour this mixture to bowl with caramel base.
On stove take container. Place 5 tissue papers in it and pour water. On this keep thick glass container with above ingredients. Tissue paper will avoid direct contact of glass to container.
Keep on flame for 30min and then refrigerate for 4 hours
