We Indians especially the Bengalis are very fond of sweets. Here is a little twist to the traditional Barfi for all the fitness enthusiast

Ingredients

  • listcheckwhey protein (extra milk chocolate flavour)
  • listcheckMilk
  • listcheckVinegar
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Boil milk and add vinegar to prepare chhana. Don't dry out all the moisture.
  • Step-2
    Take 55gm of chhana and half scoop of whey protein in a bowl and mix it well.
  • Step-3
    Take a small portion of the mixture and with the help of your finger, give it a Barfi shape. Transfer the Barfis in a separate plate and refrigerate for one hour.
  • Step-4
    Enjoy the Protein Barfi
