How to make & Protein Barfi
Boil milk and add vinegar to prepare chhana. Don't dry out all the moisture.
Take 55gm of chhana and half scoop of whey protein in a bowl and mix it well.
Take a small portion of the mixture and with the help of your finger, give it a Barfi shape. Transfer the Barfis in a separate plate and refrigerate for one hour.
