Omlette Topped With Goan Rassa😇😇😇 Goan Omlette Rassa Heat oil in a pan and add whole spices : Clove, Cinnamon, Cardamom and Black Pepper. Add finely onions and salt then add grated ginger garlic and saute till translucent. Add some chopped tomatoes and some tamarind water along with red chillies and dry coriander and garam masala. Let the gravy thicken. Finally add some kasoori methk and coconut milk/grated coconut. Cook for a few minutes more Make a plain Omlette with salt pepper and green chillies. Lay the Omlette on a plate and pour the Rassa on top! Have it piping hot😋
