When you get bored with Oats & Milk combo try a savoury Simple Oats Chilla.

Ingredients

  • listcheckOats 40gms
  • listcheckGhee 4gms
  • listcheckOnion 5gms
  • listcheckMasala
  • listcheckGinger powder
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Soak Oats in water for one hour
  • Step-2
    Add onion ,corriander leaves, ginger powder & green chilli to the oats mixture
  • Step-3
    Pour 2gms ghee on non stick pan and spread mixture till it's thin and cover with lid. Flip it after a couple of minutes after adding 2gms ghee. Cook till it's light brown on slow flame. Enjoy crisp savoury Oats Chilla
