Ingredients

  • listcheck50 soya chunks
  • listcheck50 gm chickpea flour
  • listcheckOnion, ginger, garlic, chilli, salt, chilli powder and oil for frying
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Soak soya chunks, squeeze the water.
  • Step-2
    Put them in blender with onion, chilli, coriander, ginger garlic.
  • Step-3
    Take it out. Mix chickpea flour, salt and chilli powder
  • Step-4
    Shallow fry.
  • Step-5
    If you wish first dry roast chickpea flour. You can even try on airfryer
