  • listcheck5 gm cocoa powder
  • listcheckChocolate flavour Whey protein 25gm
  • listcheck5 gm wheat flour
  • listcheck40ml cow milk
  • listcheck5gm chopped peanuts or almonds
  • listcheck1 egg white (optional)
  • listcheck5 gm honey
  • listcheckBaking powder 1 tsp
  • Method

  • Step-1
    In a microwave proof mug, apply a little honey and grease the mug.
  • Step-2
    Add 1 scoop whey, baking powder, cocoa powder, wheat flour. Mix the dry items well.
  • Step-3
    Now add egg white, milk, chopped peanuts and honey. Mix it all well into a smooth batter.
  • Step-4
    Microwave this mix for 2mins. Voila! Enjoy.
