Gajar Ka Halwa
Good Evening Healthy People, I do include every type of food, of course it does take extra efforts everyday to go the FITTR and work around macros.But I do that.. Here is winter special Red Carrots and everyone's favourite "Gajar ka Halwa" made with Red carrots.. Also there is a recipe for Homemade and instant khawa which you can perfectly measure... 250gm carrot 10gm Milk powder (skimmed milk) 10gm Milk just to Mix with powder 10gm Almonds 10gm Raisins 10gm ghee 5gm Sweetner Total Cal 310 Protein -7gm Carbs - 37gm Fat - 14gm.. Method: *Mix milk powder and milk. Make it lump free and then cook on slow flame, until it becomes homogeneous thick mixture.. *keep this aside. *Add ghee to the pan and cook grated carrots. *once cooked add milk powder mixture (which is your homemade khawa).. *add sweetner and dry fruits. *mix everything together. *lastly add cardamom powder..
