Step-1Boil the mix quinoa, make sure you add a little bit of salt in it.
Step-2Cut both the green and red apple in medium size cubes.
Step-3Finely chop the celery.
Step-4Roughly chop parsley.
Step-5Roast the walnut and crumble it with your hand.
All olive oil and lemon juice in the blender.
