Ingredients

  • listcheckGreen apple
  • listcheckRed apple
  • listcheckChopped celery
  • listcheckWalnut
  • listcheckLemon dressing
  • listcheckParsley chopped

  • Step-1
    Boil the mix quinoa, make sure you add a little bit of salt in it.
  • Step-2
    Cut both the green and red apple in medium size cubes.
  • Step-3
    Finely chop the celery.
  • Step-4
    Roughly chop parsley.
  • Step-5
    Roast the walnut and crumble it with your hand.
  • Step-6
    For dressing:- All olive oil and lemon juice in the blender.
  • Step-7
    Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Step-8
    And blend it for 2 mins.
  • Step-9
    Final presentation:- Take a mixing bowl. All all the ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle a parsley and serve it with the lemon wedge.
