How to make & Soyabean Momos

Step-1

Boil & Squeeze Soyabean granules and keep aside.

Step-2

Prepare dough: Add flour + salt + 1/4 spoon ghee and prepare medium soft dough.

Step-3

Filling: In a pan add ghee, to this add ginger and garlic and sautee. Add the veggies and cook well. Now add Boiled Soyabean granules, salt, pepper and green chillies and cook for 2 minutes. Add Schezwan Sauce and keep it chill for a while.

Step-4

Now divide the dough in equal parts. (I made 13 pcs.) Roll it into small circular tortillas. You may cut same size sheets using a cutter. Now stuff it with the Soyabean filling and give desired shape.

Step-5

Greese the plate and the momos using a silicon brush. Pre heat the streamer. Steam the momos on slow flame for 20 minutes.

Step-6

Give it a 5 minutes stand by time and they are ready to serve.
