Coconut and vanilla whey protein muffins

Ingredients

  • listcheckCoconut shredded : 50 gm
  • listcheckVanilla whey protein : 2 scoop
  • listcheckMilk : 10 ml
  • listcheckCurd (fresh) : 85gm
  • listcheckPinch of baking soda
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Mix coconut , whey protien and then a pinch of baking soda. Add curd to this mixture and stir well. Add milk to make the batter smooth. Preheat oven at 180 degrees C for ten minutes. Put the batter in muffin moulds or tray and bake at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes. Yummy muffins are ready ! 😃
