Step-1Boil and mash potatoes
Boil and mince Soya chunks
Add corn flour
Add salt, red chilli powder, chat masala, lemon juice as per your taste.
Knead and divide it in equal parts and make round or oval shape kebabs
Shallow fry on non stick pan (I did not use oil at all, you may use oil as per your macros)
Ready to eat.
