How to make & Rajma Soya Masala Chat

Step-1

Soak Rajma overnight for 6 to 7 hours. Pressure cook rajma till it turns soft and drain the water. Side by side- Roast soya chunks with 5 gms ghee in Kadhai till it turns crunchy. Grate Cabbage and chop cucumber, tomato and Capsicum and mix them together. Take the Boiled Rajma in the kadhai and add mixed vegetables in it, add little red chilli powder and salt to taste. Sauté for a minute or two for Rajma and soya to Mix well with vegetables and remove from stove. Add Coriander (or Coriander chutney) for taste. The Soya Rajma mix is good to be served.
