How to make & Mango Oats Whey Smoothie

Step-1

First take oats and soak it in lukewarm water about 100 ml

Step-2

After about 5 minutes put all Ingredients in the blender including oats and blend

Step-3

Add ice cubes and blend again as per the required consistency
