Ingredients

  • listcheck3 whole eggs
  • listcheck200 g veggie ( I used beans and broccoli )
  • listcheck75 g tomato
  • listcheckGinger - Garlic paste
  • listcheckTobasco sauce
  • listcheckChilly Garlic sauce ( home made)
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheck10 g butter
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Chop vegetables and keep it aside.
  • Step-2
    Boil egg and peel them off and keep it aside.
  • Step-3
    In a pan , add butter , then add ginger garlic paste and sauté until golden brown.
  • Step-4
    Then add tomato paste and add spices.mix it well.
  • Step-5
    Now add chopped vegetables and chopped eggs and add Chilly garlic sauce.
  • Step-6
    Now add salt and some chilly flakes.

    Voila spicy snack is ready
