How to make & Dahi Bhindi and Soy Flour onion Chapati

Step-1

Chop Bhindi and keep it aside.

Step-2

In a heated pan , add butter , then add jeera. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté until golden brown.

Step-3

Now add tomato purée.

Step-4

Add Dry spices and mix well, till it leaves the oil.

Step-5

Now add curd and cook it well.

Step-6

Now add bhindi , salt and cover the lid and cook it for 10 mins or until it’s done.

Step-7

Add Garam masala / kitchen king Masala.

Step-8

Serve Hot
