Ingredients

  • listcheck70 g Pasta
  • listcheck20 g cheese Parmesan
  • listcheck5 g refined flour
  • listcheckFreshly grounded black pepper
  • listcheck100 ml milk
  • listcheck100 g veggie of your choice ( I used broccoli and zucchini)
  • listcheckItalian seasoning
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheck10 g butter
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Boil pasta and keep it aside.
  • Step-2
    In a pan , add butter then add refined flour.
  • Step-3
    Mix it well , then add milk and mix till you get the smooth consistency. Add water ( optional )
  • Step-4
    Add cheese , black pepper .
  • Step-5
    In a separate pan , add butter and sauté vegetables. And keep it aside.
  • Step-6
    Now mix sauce well and add Italian seasoning, oregano and sauté vegetables.
  • Step-7
    Cover the lid for 2-3 mins.
  • Step-8
    Now add pasta and mix it well.
  • Step-9
    Serve with Grated cheese and freshly grounded black pepper.
