How to make & Mix lentils Khichdi with Fresh Turmeric Achaar

Step-1

Soak lentils and rice for 30 mins

Step-2

In a cooker , add lentils rice , ginger - Garlic paste , turmeric, garam masala , whole spices , asafoetida, salt etc.

Step-3

Add water and mix it well.

Step-4

Cook it for 3 whistle or until it’s done.

Step-5

Now add Ghee .

Step-6

And serve hot.
