How to make & High Protein- Banana Shake.

Step-1

Peel a ripe banana ๐ŸŒ

Step-2

In a mixer , add whey , ice cubes, Cardmom, banana, milk , water, paneer ( if needed).

Step-3

Mix it well , add ice cubes for a thick ice old shake.

Step-4

Serve immediately ๐Ÿ˜Š
