  • listcheck10 g Ghee
  • listcheckWhole spices
  • listcheck50 g onion
  • listcheck75 g tomato
  • listcheckKasoori Methi
  • listcheck50 g curd
  • listcheckSpices
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheckGinger - Garlic paste
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Boil eggs and keep it aside
  • Step-2
    Grind , ginger - garlic and onions. Keep it aside
  • Step-3
    Make tomato paste.
  • Step-4
    In a heated pan , add whole spices then add ginger garlic paste and cook until golden brown.
  • Step-5
    Then add tomato paste.
  • Step-6
    Add spices , and cook well.
  • Step-7
    Then add curd and mix it well.
  • Step-8
    After 5 mins. Add Kasturi Methi , add boiled eggs.
  • Step-9
    And cover the pan for 5 or until its cooked well.

    Serve hot 🥵
