Cheese burst spanish omlette with patatoes and exotic veggies

Ingredients

  • listcheckEgg 3
  • listcheckPatatoes 100 gms thinly chopped
  • listcheckOne cup of bell peppers, brocolli finely chopped
  • listcheckHalf onion finely chopped
  • listcheckRed chilli powder 1 tsp
  • listcheckTurmeric powder 1/4th tsp
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheckOlive oil 10 gm
  • listcheckCheese slice 2
  • Method

  • Step-1
    In skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add onion, bell peppers, potatoes, brocolli. Stir it well. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt. Cook over medium flame.
  • Step-2
    Meanwhile, in a bowl beat eggs together with salt and pepper.
  • Step-3
    Pour the above mixture with eggs in a bowl and mix well. Take a pan, add remaining olive oil, keep heat on low. Pour half mixture on the pan. On top of it add 2 cheese slices. Now pour remaining half mixture. Cook on medium flame. Once it's well done flip the egg. Cook other side well. Serve warm.
