Chicken Butter Masala
This is the fastest Chicken/Paneer/Mushroom/Soya Butter Masala. Ingredients Ginger Garlic Paste Butter/Cow Ghee - 20-25g as per macros Amul Fresh Cream - 80g as per macros Chicken/Paneer/Mushrooms/Soya -200g as per macros Dry Kasuri Methi Leaves Turmeric Powder Biriyani Masala/Garam Masala Salt to taste Red Chilli Powder Procedure: Saute Ginger Garlic paste over butter till the raw smell goes off. Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, biriyani masala, kasuri methi and cook for 5mins till the flavors mix well. Add the chicken/paneer/mushrooms/soya and mix well with the gravy. Cook for 10-15mins till the masala seep in. Add the cream mixed with some water and low cook for 10-15mins. Add some dried kasuri methi on top for garnishing. I have tried this with Chicken, Mushrooms & Paneer. All of them turned out to be fabulous.
