Soya tomato twist Ingredients 50g soya chunks soaked in boiling water and drained 60g onion chopped 60g tomato chopped 1/2 tsp homemade ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp chilli powder, cumin powder, saunf powder Salt to taste Procedure: In a 2 litre pressure cooker Add 1tsp oil Layer the onions on one half and tomatoes on other half Add the ginger garlic paste and the powders on top without touching the bottom. Cook on high for 6 whistles. Release pressure Open the cooker and add the soya chunks. Let it rest for 30minutes for soya to absorb the flavours. Method courtesy: OPOS: Mr. Ramakrishnan
