Ingredients

  • listcheckRice - 40 Gms uncooked
  • listcheckPaneer - 100 gms
  • listcheckGhee - 5 ml
  • listcheckSoy sauce - 10 ml
  • listcheckChilli sauce - 10 ml
  • listcheckChopped garlic, salt, black pepper - to taste
  • listcheckBeans, carrots, spring onion - 50 gms
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Saute chopped garlic, onion in 5 ml ghee
  • Step-2
    Add beans, carrots with some salt and black pepper. Cook till they’re soft.
  • Step-3
    Add soya sauce and chilli sauce
  • Step-4
    Pan fry cubed paneer in a separate non stick pan and add to the above ingredients.
  • Step-5
    Add cooked rice and give it a good mix.
  • Step-6
    Cook on a medium flame for 4-5 mins till the rice and paneer absorb the flavour.
