Step-1Saute chopped garlic, onion in 5 ml ghee
Step-2Add beans, carrots with some salt and black pepper. Cook till they’re soft.
Step-3Add soya sauce and chilli sauce
Step-4Pan fry cubed paneer in a separate non stick pan and add to the above ingredients.
Step-5Add cooked rice and give it a good mix.
Step-6Cook on a medium flame for 4-5 mins till the rice and paneer absorb the flavour.
