Step-1Soak Soya nuggets in warm water for 30 minutes. Squeeze it and rinse with water.
Step-2Put 20 gms Ghee in a pan. Add soya nuggets, saute it for 2-3 minutes. Add sprouts to it and again saute for another 2-3 minutes.
Step-3Put all the ingredients in pressure cooker and add water. Cook it for 2-3 whistes.
Step-4Open the cooker and serve it hot. Garnish with coriander leaves.
