Protein Packed Biryani

Ingredients

  • listcheckRice 30 gms
  • listcheckSoyabean 20 gms
  • listcheckSprouts 50gms
  • listcheckGhee 20 gms
  • listcheckSalt as per taste
  • listcheckTurmeric
  • listcheckBiryani Masala 1 tsp
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Soak Soya nuggets in warm water for 30 minutes. Squeeze it and rinse with water.
  • Step-2
    Put 20 gms Ghee in a pan. Add soya nuggets, saute it for 2-3 minutes. Add sprouts to it and again saute for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Step-3
    Put all the ingredients in pressure cooker and add water. Cook it for 2-3 whistes.
  • Step-4
    Open the cooker and serve it hot. Garnish with coriander leaves.
