Soya Paneer methi Thepla
Made this today. Got total of 8 Theplas for lunch and dinner. 85 grams multigrain atta for kneading 15 grams atta for rolling 100 grams grated paneer 30 grams soya atta 50 grams fresh methi leaves 15 grams ghee Salt, chilli powder, ajwain, turmeric Knead all above using little water. Rest it for an hour. Use a rolling pin and roll it thin and fry on tawa brushing ghee on either side. once cooked have it hot with raita. For raita.. 100 grams curd with roasted jeera powder, chaat masala, salt and pepper.
