Ingredients

  • listcheckChicken breast 100 gms
  • listcheckcurd 1 cup
  • listcheckFlour 25gms
  • listcheckmint, garlic ginger onion salt tomato
  • listcheckPowered Masala (garam masala, chat masala, black pepper powder, cumin powder)
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Cut chicken into small pieces abd marinate with curd , Ginger garlic paste, chilli flakes for 45 minutes.
  • Step-2
    Head a pan , add oil followed by finely chopped onion, garlic, till it's turns golden brown.
  • Step-3
    add tomatoes, garam masala and chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Step-4
    Add salt, black pepper powder, chat masala, lemon juice and set it aside.
  • Step-5
    make a dough of the flour and knead it properly.
  • Step-6
    make semi cook rotis
  • Step-7
    Place the chicken masala on the roti, roll it and grill or cook on tawa for 1 minute.
