How to make & Soya Kebab

Step-1

1. Took 60 gm Raw Soya Chunks and boiled them for 5 mins

Step-2

2. Squeeze out extra water from Boiled but they shouldn’t go completely dry

Step-3

3. Add all the above mentioned ingredients ( except wheat flour and butter ) and grind them on mixer

Step-4

4. Now with the above prepared mixture add wheat flour and mix it properly without adding any water

Step-5

5. Your Soya Kebab batter / dough is ready

Step-6

6. Make thick kebab’s with hand and simply pan fry on a non - stick pan

Step-7

7. This is time consuming because while doing pan fry it would take longer to cook on the sides unlike deep/ shallow fry
