Ingredients

  • listcheckChickpea 1 cup(150gms)
  • listcheckOnion Tomatoes Green Chilly coriander
  • listchecklemon juice olive oil
  • listcheckcucumber
  • Method

  • Step-1
    soak the chickpea in water overnight and pressure cook in the morning by adding salt upto 5 whistles
  • Step-2
    finely chop green chillies, onion, tomato, cucumber in a bowl
  • Step-3
    add the boiled chickpea and mix it well
  • Step-4
    now add lemon juice and 1 table spoon olive oil
  • Step-5
    add chat masala, black pepper powder, cumin powder
  • Step-6
    mix all the ingredients and garnish with coriander.
