These are the simplest cookies you can make at this time as it can be made only with two ingredients: banana and oats. These cookies can be good munchies during long office meetings or to deal with your sweet cravings

Ingredients

  • listcheck2 Bananas (~200 g)
  • listcheck1 cup oats (~100 g)
  • listcheck10 g dry fruits (optional)
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Dry roast the oats for 2-3 min and keep it aside
  • Step-2
    Mash bananas and add roasted oats to it. Mix well
  • Step-3
    Scoop out the mix and flatten it to shape it like a cookie
  • Step-4
    Add chopped dry fruits on top(optional)
  • Step-5
    Bake them at 190 C for 20-30 min in a preheated oven. You know your cookies are done when you see crisp edges on cookies
