How to make & Italian pocher egg,shakshauka

Step-1

First thing keep ur pan on stove and turn it on

Step-2

add butter in pan

Step-3

add onion,capsicum and garlic in pan and make it soft

Step-4

then after add tomato and mix it well

Step-5

add salt,cumin,black paper , coriander and red chilli powder pmix it well

Step-6

after steam coming from tomato slow down stove and leave it for 15 min

Step-7

crack egg and add in pan without harm egg yolk

Step-8

add salt and blackpaper on it and cover it for 7 min

Step-9

add coriander leaf eat and serve
