How to make & protien pancake

Step-1

add protein powder and milk and water, then whisk the mixture properly, the more you whisk the fluffier pancake will be, as it will capture more air in the batter

Step-2

add water to bring it the batter consistency

Step-3

add mashed banana if you like

Step-4

add I small tea spoon of baking soda

Step-5

whisk everything properly and pour in the pan in batches of two to three

Step-6

flip the pancake once done from one side and then cook the other .

Step-7

once cook from both the sides serve it with any fruit or peanut butter you like
