How to make & SOYA PARATHA
Take soya chunks and boil it for 10mins and rest for other 10 mins to soften chunks.
Now squeeze extra amount of water and put into mixy jar and grind it. You will get fine and meaty texture.
Now add grated paneer, red chilli powder, turmeric , hing, rock salt and lemon juice according to your test. stuffing is ready.
Now take dough and stuff into it and make paratha.
You can Garnish with Cheese.
Serve paratha with mango chutney and Curd.
