How to make & Protein packed veg wrap

Step-1

Make dough with powdered soya chunks, flour and salt

Step-2

Divide the dough and make chapatis using the same.

Step-3

Now, grind boiled chana daal and add potato, onion, green chilli, chopped coriander and spices

Step-4

Now divide the above mix into equal shape and size and bake them at 200 C for 10-20 min in a preheated oven . If you don’t have oven you can pan fry them

Step-5

Now wrap the above patties,vegetables and grated cheese into the chapati that we made earlier

Step-6

Microwave it for 30 sec or heat it incase you like melted cheese
