How to make & Paneer Paratha (Without Onion & Garlic)

Step-1

■Mix all the ingredients of stuffing in a bowl, grate paneer and keep it in freeze for 30 mins. ■ Take 50gm whole wheat flour and make dough. Make 2 small balls and keep it aside. ■ Roll the balls and stuff the above mixture and roll again. ■ Take a non stick tawa and make paratha using ghee.
