I usually plan my meals in advance, so i cooked 50gm dal of my daily quota in afternoon. Half of the dal was used for kneading dough for the chapati. 50gm wheat flour and 30gm soya flour. paneer 100gm onion and tomato 50gm each

  • Step-1
    grimd soya granules and add wheat flour to it
  • Step-2
    use dal and water to knead the dough
  • Step-3
    heat ghee add onion, tomato and spices . Make a thick gravy and add paneer chunks to it
  • Step-4
    use the dough to make chapati
  • Step-5
    whisk egg in a bowl and pour onto the tava, while the egg is being cooked out the chapati on tje top of it.
