How to make & SOYA PANEER KATHI ROLL

Step-1

grimd soya granules and add wheat flour to it

Step-2

use dal and water to knead the dough

Step-3

heat ghee add onion, tomato and spices . Make a thick gravy and add paneer chunks to it

Step-4

use the dough to make chapati

Step-5

whisk egg in a bowl and pour onto the tava, while the egg is being cooked out the chapati on tje top of it.

Step-6

serve as shown in the image
