  • listcheckOats -45gm
  • listcheckMilk -45ml
  • listcheckStevia - As per taste
  • listcheckCashews -3gms
  • listcheckAlmonds and walnuts -5gms each
  • listcheckCinnamon -1/8th tsp
  • listcheckBanana - half
  • listcheckCocoa powder -1/2tbsp
  • listcheckwarm espresso -1/2 shot
  • listcheckvanilla essence - few drops
  • listcheckChoco chips - optional
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Add oats in a container with lid
  • Step-2
    Mix milk, espresso and cocoa and pour on top of oats, add stevia /honey / maple syrup
  • Step-3
    Add vanilla essence, top with banana and dry fruits
  • Step-4
    Sprinkle cinnamon on top with other toppings u wish to add
  • Step-5
    Close the lid, give it a good shake, refrigerate overnight
  • Step-6
    Early morning wake up to an already prepared breakfast
  • Step-7
    Grab a spoon mix well once again and dig into the creamy mixture
