Step-1Grind 45gms soya granules to flour consistency and move it into a bowl
Step-2add the rice flour, grated zucchini,onions,chillies and salt to the same bowl and mix well.
Step-3do not add extra water as zucchini already contains enough water to mix the ingredients to form a dough.
Step-4apply some oil on the parchment paper and flatten the dough using your fingers smeared with oil.
Step-5turn the flattened dough on to the pan after a min take off the parchment paper from the dough and bake well on both sides
Step-6the above measurements can make 3 medium sized thalipets
