A healthy way to cook chillas using buttermilk and oats. You can use slim milk also in place of amul Masti Buttermilk. the qty mentioned will make 4 medium sized chillas enough for two people in the breakfast

Ingredients

  • listcheckOats - 70 gms
  • listcheckAmul Masti Buttermilk - 220 ml
  • listcheckGhee - 10 gms
  • listcheckSpices: Red chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Black Pepper, Chaat Masala, Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt, Roasted jeera
  • listcheckGreen Chilli - 1
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Roast the oats in a flat pan till they turn slightly brown
  • Step-2
    Put the roasted oats in a mixer and mix till it becomes fine powder
  • Step-3
    Add Amul Masti spiced buttermilk and add all spices and gree chilli. Mix in the mixer again to forme paste
  • Step-4
    Take out the paste mixture in a bowl and see that the consistency should not be too thin or too thick
  • Step-5
    Apply ghee on the pan and heat the pan on very high flame and spread the mixture
  • Step-6
    As soon as you spread the mixture then reduce the flame and cook by potting a lid on pan for a minute. Keep checking and as the color of chills changes then turn it upside down to cook the other side
  • Step-7
    Enjoy healthy milk oat chillas with Green Coriander chutney
