paneer made in pav bhaji style

Ingredients

  • listcheckPaneer (cottage cheese) - 200 grams Here used Gowardhan paneer Amul butter - 25 grams
  • listcheckOnion chopped - 20 grams
  • listcheckTomato chopped - 20 grams
  • listcheckGreen peas - 10 grams
  • listcheckCorriander powder - 1 spoon
  • listcheckRed Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 spoon
  • listcheckCumin powder - 1 spoon
  • listcheckEverest Pav bhaji masala - 20 grams
  • listcheckSalt as per taste
  • listcheckLemon as per taste
  • Method

  • Step-1
    For paneer Saute Take a pan , gas on high flame for a minute
  • Step-2
    Add 10gram butter and low the flame so the butter gets melted
  • Step-3
    Add paneer medium size pieces into the pan & saute for 5 minutes
  • Step-4
    After sauteing paneer , keep it aside.
  • Step-5
    For (Pav) bhaji Add 15 grams butter into the pan heat it for 2Minutes
  • Step-6
    Add chopped onions saute for another 2-3 minutes till it turns light brown
  • Step-7
    Add tomatoes , green peas and cook on slow flame for 3minutes
  • Step-8
    Mash thoroughly the veggies in the pan
  • Step-9
    Add paneer pieces and stir
  • Step-10
    Sprinkle Red chilli powder, cumin powder, corriander powder again stir and add Pav bhaji masala with salt
  • Step-11
    Off the flame , add lime juice and tada it's ready to eat.
