How to make & thai pineapple fried rice

Step-1

1)in a wide pan add some butter add garlic saute a min

Step-2

2)add onions saute untill translucent now add gingergarlicpaste .

Step-3

Add pineapplepieces and fry untill u see slight change of colour

Step-4

Now add chilli flakes,soyasauce,egg scrambeld,

Step-5

Now add cooled rice and start mixing add ,lime juice,prawns,cashews and cilantro.

Step-6

Notes:u can do it veg version by using tofu it tastes awesome.
