How to make & Paneer, Egg & Channa burji

Step-1

Measure and Boil Panner, eggs and Channa separately according to their cooking time

Step-2

Add 10gms of ghee on the pan and add little mustards

Step-3

Add paneer and roast in the pan

Step-4

Cut egg whites into smaller pieces and add to the pan along with channa

Step-5

Mix all of them with the spices like Salt, turmeric, chilly powder, coriander powder and pepper

Step-6

Put them on the plate and serve hot along with the veggies 😋
