  • listcheckPowdered Oats 40gm
  • listcheckRava 40gm
  • listcheckCurd 40gm
  • listcheckGhee 10gm
  • listcheckSalt to taste
  • listcheckCoriander leaves
  • listcheckGrated ginger (optional)
  • listcheckWater (acc. To batter consistency)
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl n keep it aside for 15 mins.
  • Step-2
    Add water to adjust the consistency of the batter.
  • Step-3
    Make small pancake size Dosa by greasing the pan with lil ghee first and serve them with chutney or sambar.
  • Step-4
    U can always add onions finely chopped n garnish it with cheese to make onion cheese uttapams.
