Good Afternoon Healthy People, I felt like to finish two days cheese macro in one day as I got the feel and taste of ( Fafda Ganthiya traditional deep fried snack item). It just taste perfect with spicy coriander and Mint chutney.. However would equally taste great with Tea or coffee too.. Becuase it gave me the feel of Fafda I just named it Fafda chips n even the shape too matches 😂... It is also a welcome change to regular cheese which I believe all of us have in our chart.. Fafda Chips.. *Just melt the slices over hot and greased griddle.. *keep flame low.. *Once cheese melts sprinkle Black paper powder and mixed herbs or any choice of seasoning.. *once you see getting golden brown crust turn carefully.. *let it cook on the otherside too until golden brown.. *voila, Fafda Ganthiya is ready 😋.. *serve with tea, coffee or simple green spicy chutney..
