Paneer (Cottage cheese) in whey oats porridge
Food in your mind? Well its in my mind too. Paneer in a bed of oats, yoghurt and chocolate whey mixed together. Slurped within minutes! For those of you trying to find a balance between resisting those hot brownie in chocolate sauce and still not wanting that calorie overload can definitely go for this protein overload! And hey rather than baking a brownie and making a ganache isn't this easier and quicker too! U bet. I quickly topped it with some cinnamon powder and a strawberry. Looks matter to your taste bud also!
