Step-1Chop vegetables( use any vegetables as per your choice)
Step-2In a heated pan , add ghee , mustard seeds, curry leaves.
Step-3Add chopped veggies, mix salt. Mix it well, cook it for 3-5 mins.
Step-4Add coconut milk, spices and cook it for 5-7 mins.
Step-5Cook till vegetables softens.
Step-6Ready to serve🙂
