  • listcheck50 g carrots
  • listcheck50 g BitterGourd
  • listcheck50 g Zucchini
  • listcheck50 ml Coconut Milk
  • listcheck10 g Ghee
  • listcheckMustard Seeds
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheckCurry leaves
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Chop vegetables( use any vegetables as per your choice)
  • Step-2
    In a heated pan , add ghee , mustard seeds, curry leaves.
  • Step-3
    Add chopped veggies, mix salt. Mix it well, cook it for 3-5 mins.
  • Step-4
    Add coconut milk, spices and cook it for 5-7 mins.
  • Step-5
    Cook till vegetables softens.
  • Step-6
    Ready to serve🙂
