1) Take 50 g wheat and 10 g grounded soya chunks.
2) Add one fourth tablespoon of baking soda and half spoon of baking powder and some salt.
3) Prepare a dough and let it rest for one hour.
Meanwhile, you can prepare the pizza sauce.
Recipe for the sauce:
a) Take a cup of water and add 50 g tomatoes some ginger garlic paste , Salt and some chilli flakes.
B) Bring it to boil for 10 minutes. Now, grind them and your pizza sauce is ready! 🍕
4) On the other hand you can make a Roti of that dough, put pizza sauce on it.
5) Put 4 cheese slices , 50 gms paneer, onion and capsicum on top of it!
6) Now bake the pizza for 15 minutes at 220° C.
And your pizza is ready!!!
Garnish it with some oreganos and chilli flakes! 😃
