  • listcheckSoya chunks 50g
  • listcheckBread 70g (or potatoes 100g)
  • listcheckSooji 15g
  • listcheckOnion 50g (optional)
  • listcheckCapsicum 50g (optional)
  • listcheckCarrots 50g (optional)
  • listcheckGinger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • listcheckGreen chilli 1 tsp
  • listcheck1/3 tsp salt, garam masala, chaat masala
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Boil, drain and squueze out water from soya chunks Grind the chunks Combine with bread and your choice of veggies Roll into balls Dust in rawa Place on hot pan and let it get golden brown on both sides Brush some ghee and let it cook Once brown they are ready to be served! Enjoy!! ❤️
