How to make & Whey Paneer Kalakand

Step-1

Boil Stevia and Cardemom in Water for 10 min so that 300ml becomes 100ml

Step-2

Mix whey in Protien shaker

Step-3

Add Paneer Grated into Boiled Stevia and blend well

Step-4

Add whey Mixture into it and cook until dry

Step-5

Spread into flat surface and let it cool

Step-6

After it comes to normal Temp. Keep in Refrigerator for 2 hours
