Ingredients

  • listcheckOnions chopped (medium), 35gm Soya Granules, 35gm Flour, 2pc Garlic cloves chopped, 1 chilli chopped, 1Tbsp Oil, Chilli flakes, Piri Piri mix masala, Oregano, Salt & Basil to taste.
  • Method

  • Step-1
    1. Heat oil & add chopped garlic, chilli flakes, chilli & onions. Saute till light brown
  • Step-2
    2. Add Oregano & Piri Piri mix masala
  • Step-3
    3. Add washed & strained soya granules. Garnish with Basil
  • Step-4
    4. Add salt as per taste & allow to cook for 5 mins
  • Step-5
    5. Make chapati dough & fill in the mixture
  • Step-6
    6. Flatten the paratha & roll the paratha. Careful not to break it.
  • Step-7
    7. Cook on tawa with little or no ghee / butter as per your taste & available macros.
