  • listcheck50 g rice
  • listcheck100 g bell peppers
  • listcheckWhole spices
  • listcheck10 g ghee
  • listcheck50 g onion
  • listcheck50 g tomato
  • listcheckSpices
  • listcheckGaram masala
  • listcheckGinger garlic paste
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheck50 ml coconut milk
  • Method

  • Step-1
    In a boiling water add whole spices and rice , cook until it’s half done.
  • Step-2
    Chop bell peppers , onion , tomato.
  • Step-3
    In a pan , add ghee , jeera , put chopped veggies, salt.
  • Step-4
    Mix it well and cook it for 3-5 mins.
  • Step-5
    Add spices , garam masala , coconut milk , rice , water (optional). For 5-7 mins.

    Serve hot 👍
